STRETCHING

It is a must for us to do stretching exercises for us to be prepared for the main work-out!

  1. Head Tilts alt text Do these 8 counts per tilt starting from left to right.

  2. Arm Circles alt text Do 8 circles forward and backwards

  3. Shoulder Rolls alt text Do 8 circles forward and backwards

  4. Shoulder Stretch alt text Do 8 counts each arm

  5. Hip Circles alt text Do 8 circles clockwise and counter-clockwise

  6. Bent Over Twists alt text Do these 8 times per side

  7. Knee hugs alt text Hug your knee for 16 seconds each

  8. Quad Stretch alt text Hug your knee for 16 seconds each

  9. Jumping Jacks alt text Do this 16 times
